The Rt Hon Chris Philp is a UK Government Minister of State (Home Office) and the Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) for Croydon South, London. Previously served as a Minister of State (London), Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Ministry of Justice), Paymaster General and Minister for the Cabinet Office, Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Home Office), and Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport). Founder of Next Big, a charity, which has given young people across London great opportunities, giving them mentoring from successful businessmen and helping them to create their own business plans.
